Have you ever wanted to work on strength
training, balance, flexibility and cardio all in one class? Well here is your chance! GOT MUSCLE? Circuit Training Class! The first class will be Thursday, May 19 at 6 PM at Living Water Lutheran Church.
If you are interested in attending, please go
to www.gotmuscletraining.com go to the class sign up page and add your name and email address and the day/time you want to come. There is a limit of 10 people per class, so you must sign up, before you come. Five dollars a class-your first class is FREE!

American Cancer Society Relay For Life
RELAY FOR LIFE - Living Water sent a team to the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life at North Park, Springboro, on May 21 and 22. This is a life-changing event that gives a chance to celebrate the lives of people who have battled cancer, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against the disease. Because cancer never sleeps, neither will Team Living Water. Teams of people camp and each team is asked to have a representative on the track at all times, taking turns walking around the park's path for the 18 hour event. This is a major fundraiser for the ACS, and their website, www.relayforlife.org/springboro, makes it easy to seek sponsors. Please consider joining the team, sponsoring a team member, and/or purchasing a luminaria to honor a cancer survivor or remember someone lost to cancer.
