One is just as important as the other. In fact, one can't exist without the
other. Consequently, it is our goal that each of our students experiences both Biblical Truth and
genuine fellowship at each of our Bible studies.
Relationships... Our greatest desire for each student is that they are able to connect to a small group of
other students where they feel accepted, cared for, and like they belong and that they also form a
relationship with a significant Godly adult in their lives. We do small groups to make our large
group smaller…we want our students to create and maintain meaningful relationships. It's only
in relationships that love can exist.
Content... Additionally, we believe that for authentic fellowship to occur Biblical truth must guide
it. Each week we will study and discuss Biblical passages. A portion of the small group time
will be devoted to the application of Biblical truths to our lives. We don't want to make the
scriptures cheesy and irrelevant. We don't want to dumb them down so that students leave with
little challenge and little hope. Instead we want to delve deep into the Word so that we can know
God fully and be fully known.
Beliefs... Theologically, we hold to the Apostle's and Nicene Creeds. We try to be dogmatic where
scripture is dogmatic and to give freedom where scripture gives freedom.
